We harvest all varieties of edible BC native wild mushrooms, fiddlehead ferns, stinging nettles, miner's lettuce, and wild berries. We dry and freeze at our Kosher-certified, HACCP compliant plant in Port Coquitlam, as well as ship fresh product locally, across Canada, to the US and Europe. We are committed to quality and sustainability!

Numas Native Toys is a community project started with the intention of using 'waste wood' from the Great Bear Rainforest to create something of value. We make unique wooden toys with a First Nations twist; every toy features a design by Heiltsuk artist Nusi (Ian Reid). We also run the Keoeye Lodge, an eco-tourism retreat. At the Nursery, the plants are grown to assist in habitat rehabilitation work. Due to incredible interest from the public, our doors are now open so that everyone may come to the nursery and the plants are available to use at their homes. One of our main interests is to increase the awarenss of what trhe environment is enduring during these trying times. We focus on what we can do to make things better. The nursery is located at 2380 Hatchery Road in Duncan, and is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
